Darren was excellent, his knowledge, wealth of experience gave me enough confidence to go ahead with the build. For us this was a huge step, not only financially, to entrust someone to take delivery of our brand new UD Quon GW26 460, manufacture from the ground up, our new long term project. The build was an experience, some times nervous, in the middle of a pandemic, very limited stock, interstate distance challenges, the guys delivered a top quality product.
We have had our Liquid Waste Vac Truck for 7 months, Vorstrom designed, built to suit our comprehensive wish list, it has preformed exactly as I expected, the remote control operation is amazing, the Blower Vac Pump they recommended is very good, my operators and I enjoy using it. When here with another truck, Darren came out, ran through, checked over the unit, made sure everything was operating as it should, very impressed they did this.
Would I buy another Vac truck from Vorstroms, we are currently planning, sourcing our next unit with them, looking forward to add a 3rd truck to our fleet.
