Providing great service was important, so they wanted to respond quickly. But with two operators tied to one truck this wasn’t always possible. We had a solution – a vacuum truck that was completely remotely operated. This would free up one operator and effectively return an extra team member to the workforce. It was an innovative solution Vorstrom was proud to bring to life.
Working with our customer and our remote control supplier we designed a fully remote controlled vacuum truck. We fully automated these functions:
